Description
A delicious Neapolitan babà with Limoncello enclosed in an elegant jar with hermetic closure: this is the Babàrattolo. The result of a careful research of the ingredients and a process that preserves its goodness over time, the Babàrattolo is the babà that travels with you! Its peculiarity derives from the cooking method: the vasocottura. After the first leavening, the babà is left to rise again in the jar, for a total leavening of 36 hours. Finally it is wetted and cooked directly in its container. This allows the product to preserve its organoleptic properties unchanged for 6 months, without the use of preservatives and at room temperature.
Babàrattolo keeps intact the softness and fragrance of the cake until it is opened, and can be transported or shipped without problems thanks to the hermetic closure.
Each pack is 400 gr., portion for 4/5 people.
