1. Order processing times (time taken to process the goods)

Usually the order processing times are 1/3 working days excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Order times and chosen payment method: orders placed by Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Sa Cash on delivery, will be entrusted to the courier within 1/3 working days from receipt of the order>

Orders placed by bank transfer will be entrusted to the courier only after the actual display on the bank account (in this case the times will depend on the credit date).

The products are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We do not ship on holidays.

2. Order delivery times (time taken by the courier for delivery)

The goods will be shipped by express courier and delivered within an average time of 1/3 working days following the shipping date.

The average delivery times of the couriers are as follows:

  • Shipping on the Peninsula: 1/3 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier
  • Shipping to the Major Islands (Sardinia, Sicily): 2/3 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier
  • Shipping to the Minor Islands (Capri, Ischia, Pantelleria, Elba, Lampedusa, etc.): 3/5 working days from the delivery of the package to the courier

The delivery times indicated are estimates based on the average time currently used and are provided for indicative purposes only, without any commitment or guarantee of compliance with them by "Italia Spezie" .

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free for orders over 59 € net of expenses. For orders of less than 59 € the shipping costs are € 5.90 .

Additional charges:

  • Cash on delivery charges (cash payment to the courier): € 3.00
  • Supplement for smaller islands and remote areas: € 6.00

At the moment only shipments to ITALY are accepted.

4. Order Tracking

When the product is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code with which you can check the status of your shipment.

7. Delivery

Shipments are made by express courier.

Checks to be carried out upon delivery:

upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we advise you to check carefully:

  • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document that we send you by email.
  • that the labels affixed to the packages show your name and address;
  • that the external condition of the packages does not show alterations or signs of tampering: the packaging must be intact, not damaged or wet
  • that the neck closing materials (adhesive tape or plasticized straps) have not been tampered with or altered in any way.

If with the checks carried out, you find an anomaly, we recommend that you clearly indicate it on the courier's delivery note by adding " Accepted subject to control " indicating " The reason " for this reservation (Ex. I accept with reservation because the package is damaged).

As soon as possible, and in any case within 7 calendar days, report the incident by making an online report via the section Customer Service

Once the courier's document has been signed without reservations, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

The Carrier is also liable for the delay in delivering the goods to the recipient. Italia Spezie, for the cases mentioned above, must be considered exempt from any liability for loss or damage (damage) to the goods from the moment in which the same is delivered without reservation to the carrier for transport.

8. Disadvantaged areas

For some areas that couriers classify as "remote areas" an additional transport fee of € 6.00 is required. For Livigno (CAP 23030) and Campione d'Italia (CAP 22060) the shipping costs require an additional contribution of 50 €. The locations classified as remote areas are as follows:
