Right of Withdrawal

As required by Italian law, you can return your product for any reason, without penalty, no later than 14 calendar days from its delivery (or from the delivery of the last item, in case of separate deliveries). read carefully the Conditions of Sale

How to do it?

If you are already a registered Customer on the site Italia Spezie 

1.Log in to your Italia Spezieaccount.

2. Access the "Returns Management" section of your account, or click here.

3. You can choose to return an entire order or select only the products you want to return through the box next to the names.

4. Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case you need to return more than one product).

5. In the "Return Goods" section, add an explanation, so that our team better understands why you want to return that product.

6. Click on "Request a refund".

7. Select the products for which you want to make the return and choose whether to request a collection from us (Cost € 8) or send the products independently.

If you are a new Customer and have not yet registered:

• Download the return form by clicking here, follow the instructions and fill it out in all its parts!
• Send the completed Withdrawal Form to the address resi@italiaspezie.com 
• In any case, once we have received the Online Declaration of Withdrawal and / or the Withdrawal Form, our Customer Service will provide, within 24/48 hours, to communicate the instructions on how to return the product (communication sent automatically)

The "Right of Withdrawal" is in any case subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be returned to us no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw from the contract,
• The goods must be returned in accordance with the procedures provided for in the conditions of sale: Read all the details on the Right of Withdrawal.
• The integrity of the goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, so the product must be kept with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in all its parts, free of manipulation or dirt.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• The Product must be returned in a suitable and robust packaging to avoid damage during transport.

The costs for returning the product are at your expense. If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from unnecessary handling to establish the nature, characteristics of the same, we may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

Refund Methods

If you purchase as a "consumer", in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with what is illustrated herein, you will be entitled to obtain a refund of the price of the item, and the costs related to the cheapest shipping method offered by Italia Spezie incurred to receive the item. In the event that the buyer has freely opted for a more expensive shipping method than the one that the seller usually offers (standard shipping), in case of return the refund will NOT include this shipping cost, but the cost of a standard shipment will be refunded.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised by you in accordance with the previous conditions, we will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the Returned Product in our warehouse

We will refund the price of the item for which the withdrawal has been exercised. However, we may withhold your refund until we have received the item.

The refund will be made through the cancellation procedure of the debit transaction (if payment made by Credit Card or PayPal) or by Bank Transfer (if payment made by Cash on Delivery or Advance Bank Transfer).

In the latter case, it will be your responsibility to promptly provide in writing (e.g. also in the same notice of Withdrawal), the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code and name of the account holder).

If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the refund will be made, in any case, against the person who made the payment.

No substitutions or product changes are made under any circumstances.

How to prepare a return?

You can return the Product to Italia Spezie making sure to follow these precautions:

• Use suitable boxes: an overused box may have suffered shocks and not ensure adequate protection during a new shipment;
• Prefer corrugated cardboard: this material is stronger than smooth cardboard and ensures greater protection;
• Choose the right size: a box that is too small may break, causing your items to leak. On the contrary, too large a box allows its contents to move. Your items may be damaged in case of bumps and sudden movements;
• Protect the goods from the inside: we recommend that you fill in any gaps in the box using filler material. You can use bubble wrap, filler chips or expanded polyethylene;
• Seal the package correctly: Use durable adhesive tape at least 50 millimeters wide to seal your package.

Remember that the Product, properly packed and protected, must be sent to Italia Spezie without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which you have communicated to Italia Spezie the intention to withdraw from the contract.

In the event that the withdrawal has not been exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation and, in particular, in the event that the Returned Product is not intact in its entirety, with the exception of manipulations necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics of the same, it will not entail the termination of the contract and, consequently, it will not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid by the Customer for the Product.

Italia Spezie will notify the Customer by e-mail within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the Product returned to stock, rejecting the request for withdrawal.

The Returned Product, if it has already been received by Italia Spezie, will remain at the same available to the Customer for collection which must take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer himself.
