- Preservative: Sulfur anhydrite (only as a residue)
- Extra Dark Chocolate: Cocoa 70%, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter
- Emulsifier: Lecithin Soy, Vanilla Extract
Allergens: soy, possible traces of milk and nuts.
Availability: Winter periods (to preserve its integrity)
Preservation: Store in a dry place away from light, at a temperature between 13°C and 18°C. Never in the fridge. Avoid sudden changes in temperature above 10°C. The possible white patina that appears on the chocolate is the natural surfacing of cocoa butter in non-optimal storage conditions.
