After a light candiing that preserves softness and flavor and the use of Extra Dark Chocolate with 70% of minimum Cocoa that subsequently covers each part giving a unique and inimitable contrast, thanks also to the semi-drying of sugars with bitter cocoa.
The eyes are captured by the transparency of the fruit: the slowly penetrated sugar has given sweetness to its rind, making it melting and yielding to the pressure of the teeth. The fragrant and soft skin, the crunchy chocolate, exclusively Dark Extra 70%, in a moment harmonize in a perfect combination.

Store in a dry place away from light, at a temperature between 13°C and 18°C. Never in the fridge. Avoid sudden changes in temperature above 10°C. The possible white patina that appears on the chocolate is the natural surfacing of cocoa butter in non-optimal storage conditions.
