Mallow
Mallow is a plant belonging to the Malvaceae family and is native to North Africa. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory and emollient properties, mallow is useful against coughing, but also for regulating the function of the intestine.
The flowers and in particular the leaves of the mallow are rich in mucilage, which gives the plant emollient and anti-inflammatory properties. These active ingredients act by coating the mucous membranes with a viscous layer that protects them from irritants, for this reason their use is indicated against cough and in catarrhal forms.
Also excellent for moisturizing, flaming the colon and purifying the intestine, and for regulating its functions, thanks to its gentle laxative action, due to the ability of mucilage to form a sort of gel, which acts mechanically on the feces and therefore facilitating its elimination.
Ginger
Rich in properties, Ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), also known by the English name Ginger, contains: water, carbohydrates, proteins, amino acids, different mineral salts including manganese, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc, B vitamins, vitamin E and essential oil. Due to its properties, ginger is traditionally used as a digestive and bitter-tonic.
Ginger is good for the entire digestive system and is also very useful against gastritis and intestinal ulcers.
Stimulant of the immune system ginger has been used by Asian populations for millennia to fight colds and fevers.
Orange
Orange peel is known for its properties: digestive, carminative, stomachic, diaphoretic, febrifuge, decongestant, anorectic, antispasmodic and sedative... and many more.
Orange peel is rich in pectin, a completely natural fiber that protects against possible stomach problems and keeps blood sugar at correct levels.
The vitamin intake is also very high and this allows you to keep the entire immune system under control from influence and cooling.
Lemon balm
Lemon balm is rich in essential oils, which give the plant a pleasant aroma, used in states of anxiety with somatizations of the gastrointestinal system. Due to its antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and carminative action it is indicated in case of menstrual pain, neuralgia, digestive disorders, nausea, colitis, flatulence and abdominal cramps.
This plant is also used in the treatment of headaches, when it is caused by nervous tension, thanks to the presence of essential oil (0.5%) that acts as a calming on the nervous system, and relaxing on the muscular one. Its use is particularly indicated, therefore, in the presence of a picture of general irritability, insomnia caused by excessive fatigue, nervousness, premenstrual syndrome, and tachycardia on a functional basis.
Apple
Apples are a source of essential nutrients.
One of the main advantages of this fruit is the content of dietary fiber. In fact, fiber helps to keep our body regular: it swells and softens the stool to prevent constipation. It also slows down digestion, preventing blood sugar spikes that leave you tired and hungry.
Apples also provide a source of vitamins for the benefit of health. Apples contain very small amounts of other vitamins C and A, two nutrients that keep your skin and bones strong and healthy. In addition, they have high levels of B vitamins, which collectively support metabolism and nourish the liver and skin. Both vitamins help produce neurotransmitters, chemicals necessary for brain function.
Lemon and Aromas
The high presence of natural aromas gives this infusion a very intense flavor. To these elements are added pieces of dried fruit, flowers, leaves that, variously mixed and differently combined, form those different and original tastes that characterize these drinks not only simply pleasant, but also relaxing and digestive.
