Juniper berries: How to use them 

\n

- Infusion of juniper: leave to infuse for 5 minutes of juniper berries (15gr) crushed in 1 liter of boiling water. It is recommended to drink 2 cups a day of this infusion to promote diuresis, calm cough and cleanse the urinary tract.

- Juniper macerate: Leave to macerate for 2 weeks 10gr of crushed berries in 1 liter of white wine with a lemon zest. Take it after meals (just a shot) to prevent heartburn and bloating.

\n

- Juniper essential oil for massages: combined with a carrier oil, especially almond oil or jojoba oil is perfect for a relaxing and emollient massage and helps to tone the connective tissues.
