The flowers and in particular the leaves of the mallow are rich in mucilage, which gives the plant emollient and anti-inflammatory properties.

Even in the past passionflower was known due to its relaxing abilities. the Aztecs used it as a relaxing remedy. At the time of the First World War this herb was used for the treatment of "anguish of war". Its use can also be useful in case of asthma, palpitations, attention deficit and high blood pressure.
Herbal tea Docle Evening: Preparation
1 tablespoon satin evening leaves, 1 cup of water
Pour the leaves into boiling water and turn off the heat. Cover and leave to infuse for 10 min.
Strain the infusion by sweetening it at will. Drink it before going to sleep to take advantage of the relaxing and mildly sedative action.
