White quinoa: rich in protein, it contains amino acids, but also minerals important for health (potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc), polyunsaturated fats and fiber (the latter is essential for the proper functioning of the intestine);
Cous Cous: thanks to the presence of fiber, it has high digestive properties, which stimulate the intestine and help the body to get rid of harmful elements that can favor the onset of tumors;
Pearl spelt: rich source of protein, iron and fiber, it has vitamins and mineral salts. Among the main vitamins we find those of groups A, B, C, E, as well as calcium, phosphorus, sodium, magnesium and potassium;
Pearl barley: it is a barley subjected to an intense refining process, with the removal of the entire outer part of the grain, so that it takes on a white color. The great advantage is the elimination of soaking times: this type can be immediately cooked;
Hulled millet: it is one of the staple foods of the diet because it is a rich source of carbohydrates and proteins;
Buckwheat: The seeds of this grain are high in protein, in fact it has the eight essential amino acids, and it is advisable in cases of loss of appetite, poor diets, in case of physical deterioration and for athletes;
Hulled oats: It has laxative and diuretic properties, it is one of the cereals with the lowest glycemic index particularly suitable for diabetics;
Venere black rice: contains excellent amounts of phosphorus and potassium, as well as many other elements such as: iron, zinc and selenium.
Red quinoa: rich in magnesium, prevents cardiovascular diseases and the presence of vitamin E, fights free radicals and helps prevent premature aging. It does not contain gluten.
Black quinoa: among the vitamins present in the composition of quinoa stands out E, an excellent antioxidant, but also the B vitamins, in particular folic acid and riboflavin.
