Candied bergamot covered with dark chocolate.

Extra Dark Chocolate: Cocoa 70%, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter

- Emulsifier: Lecithin Soy, Vanilla Extract

Allergens: soy, possible traces of milk and nuts.

Availability: Winter periods (to preserve its integrity)

Storage: Store in a dry place away from light, at a temperature between 13 ° C and 18 ° C. Never in the fridge. Avoid sudden changes in temperature above 10°C. The possible white patina that appears on the chocolate is the natural surfacing of cocoa butter in non-optimal storage conditions.
