Terms of use of Digital Gift Cards Italia Spezie valid from 10 December 2020.
Digital Gift Card:
The digital gift card is a non-nominative card that can be purchased online by the Customer on the site www.italiaspezie.com (the "Site") issued to the bearer, which can be used for future purchases or to be given to friends and relatives, The gift card is sent by e-mail to the customer's address or to the address of the friend indicated by the customer at the time of purchase through the "Send to a friend" function, and can be used immediately, in the manner set out below, for the purchase of all products on the Site.
The digital gift card is a promotional code and is not intended in any way as a financial instrument.
Features
The Digital Gift Card will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer from a minimum of € 10.00 to a maximum of € 300.00.
It does not involve any cost of issuance, nor activation, nor commissions for use. The digital gift card is not rechargeable.
The recipient of the card will receive the code of the Digital Gift Card by email. The Digital Gift Card can be spent in several solutions until the value is completely exhausted.
The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining amount of the Digital Gift Card. It will be possible to request at any time through the contact form or via email, the remaining balance of the digital gift card. If the value of the Digital Gift Card is not exhausted by the expiry of the same, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
The Digital Gift Card is not convertible into money and the balance of the same cannot be returned to the Customer in any form.
If the value of the Digital Gift Card is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Site. The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.
Validity Period
The digital gift card can be used within 1 year from the date of receipt of the issuance e-mail sent to the card recipient, unless the amount is exhausted before this deadline.
Loss or theft
The Digital Gift Card is bearer, is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it to make a purchase. The holder of the card is solely responsible for the use and custody of the card. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the Card cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded. No responsibility can be attributed to the Seller for improper or fraudulent use of the Digital Gift Card by third parties.
Terms of Use
The issuance and use of a Digital Gift Card implies acceptance of these conditions of use, available on the Site and are valid until explicit modification or revision of the same.
Correct use of the Digital Gift Card
The Seller reserves the right to verify the correct use of the Digital Gift Card and to intervene in case of ascertained violations. Digital Gift Cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means will be considered null and void.
Right of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal following the purchase of a Digital Gift Card, the procedures indicated in the "Terms and Conditions" indicated on the Site must be followed.
