Calendula flowers cut herbal tea

Calendula rich in triterpenes, flavonoids, polysaccharides, carotenes, phytosterols, essential oil, mucilage, salicylic acid and bitter substances. It is mainly used for dysfunctions of the female genital apparatus, since it increases poor menstruation and decreases abundant ones. It has antispasmodic action on menstrual and abdominal pain. Its anti-inflammatory property acts on the irritations of the mucous membranes and is the most indicated in case of colitis, gastritis, ulcers and all those pathologies that affect the internal tissues

For external use, calendula instead performs anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, healing, refreshing, emollient and dermopathic activities make it the elective remedy for sunburn, wounds, redness and irritation of the skin.

Horsetail grass cutting herbal tea

Essential to treat urinary tract disorders, including bladder problems and the formation of kidney stones. Salsapariglia root cut herbal tea 

 "Pungent Scraper" is the meaning of its name in Latin, linked to the myth of the Bacchae. The term Sarsaparilla actually comes from spanish and indicates a plant that enjoys multiple tonic, sweaty, antirheumatic, anti-inflammatory and purifying properties. All these activities are due to the presence of steroid saponins contained within this plant. Contraindicated use in pregnancy, during lactation and in children under two years.

Parsley leaves cut herbal tea and Parsley root 

Parsley contains a large number of amino acids and interesting amounts of flavonoids. The strong presence of the latter (in particular of lutein), makes parsley a natural remedy strongly indicated to counteract the signs of aging.

Its richness in vitamin C also makes it very suitable in preventing winter ailments. The presence of mineral salts in parsley make it an excellent tonic and energizing, able to counteract chronic fatigue. It is also referred to as a potential diuretic remedy. Extremely therapeutic medicinal herb, excellent for the cardiovascular system. The cardiac strengthens the muscles of the heart, reducing the frequency of pulsations and, thanks to its diuretic action, is a good adjuvant in hypertension. The cardiac also promotes the regularization of thyroid activity and is highly recommended for disorders related to menopause. 

Preparation

Two tablespoons of herbs in 400 grams of boiling water. Remove from heat: cover the container and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. Strain and drink two cups a day, away from meals.
