Carob flour
Carob flour is a perfect powder as an alternative to cocoa, with a taste very similar to it. Unlike cocoa, however, it is free of theobromine, a exciting substance similar to caffeine. Thanks to its easy digestibility it is ideal for children and the elderly. Rich in Calcium and Fiber.
