Preservation
Store in a dry place away from light, at a temperature between 13°C and 18°C. Never in the fridge. Avoid sudden changes in temperature above 10°C. The possible white patina that appears on the chocolate is the natural surfacing of cocoa butter in non-optimal storage conditions.
