Millet looks like a small yellow seed. Millet (Panicum miliaceum, L.) is an annual herbaceous plant belonging to the Poaceae (or Gramineaceae) family. It is a very precious food for our body as it is rich in beneficial and nutritional properties. In fact, millet is particularly valuable because it contains proteins and is gluten-free; for this reason it is a food suitable for vegans, vegetarians and those suffering from celiac disease. This cereal is able to bring benefits in case of tiredness and exhaustion.
