The color is given by Silvite, a mineral that normally has a yellow or pink color and that only very rarely takes the blue shade. It is a pristine salt, free of additives and anti-caking agents, rich in minerals and trace elements. This salt has always been sought after and appreciated for its "refined" taste with tones of spices and an accentuated flavor that however is not very persistent on the palate.
This salt is rich mainly in magnesium, calcium, potassium and chlorine.
