Tandoori is a mix of spices traditionally used for cooking in North India, in the terracotta oven. It is used on meats and vegetables and gives the typical flame red color to Indian dishes. The tandoori spice mix is ideal for when you are on a diet or otherwise do not want to use fatty seasonings. It can be added to all sautéed vegetables and meat before cooking. In the mix we find:
