Infusion of the night

A sweet and pleasant herbal tea, ideal for the whole family. To drink in the evening, as such or sweetened with honey or sugar to end the day serenely.

Due to its antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and carminative action it is indicated if you have menstrual pain, neuralgia, digestive disorders, nausea, colitis, flatulence and abdominal cramps.

This plant is also used in case of headaches, when it is caused by nervous tension, thanks to its essential oils that act as a calming on the nervous system, and relaxing on the muscular one. Its use is particularly indicated when there is a picture of general irritability, insomnia caused by excessive fatigue, nervousness, premenstrual syndrome, and tachycardia on a functional basis.

Infusion of the night: Preparation

INFUSION: 1 tablespoon satin infusion leaves of the night, 1 cup of water.

Pour the leaves into boiling water and turn off the heat. Cover and leave to infuse for 3/4 min. 

Strain the infusion by sweetening it at will. Drink it before going to sleep to take advantage of the relaxing and mildly sedative action.
