Hawaiian Green Salt is a natural sea salt, it is typical of the entire Hawaiian archipelago and is used by the local population especially on fish.
Abstract by drying techniques, it owes its color to the extract of bamboo leaves, a typical plant of the place, which is added to the salt at the time of its drying.
Precisely this characteristic gives this salt the unmistakable greenish color and the irresistible spicy fragrance.
A unique salt also in taste, intense and with almost sweet tones and above all a salt rich in beneficial properties for health, as bamboo leaves are rich in:
